Call Managers are the group of NN volunteers who answer phone calls in our virtual office from 9-noon M-F. They use an advanced computer and communications system to manage the service requests of our NN members. They also respond to questions from volunteers, potential members and the general public.

The Outreach Committee oversees publicity, internal and external communications.
