 Review Voice Mail Messages

  1. Bring up the Call Manager Google VoiceMail Inbox  for Nauset Neighbors (Main Menu >> CM Workflow >> Voice Mail Inbox).
     
  2. Read or listen to the VoiceMail messages received since the last call manager shift.  Look at the notes to determine that the calls have not been dealt with yet.  
     
  3. If the message is clear enough, you can create a service request before calling the member back.  Otherwise, call the member back first to find out the details. 
4.   Add a note to every voice mail message you work on, indicating what you have done and what remains to be done for this call.  Notes can be added by selecting "more" below the message text and then "Add note".  (See figure on right) .
